What if I don't like an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return full-priced items for store
credit. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in perfect
condition. The Jo and Lu tag must still me attached, and proof of purchase is required. Returns and
only accepted for full-priced items: sale items, including those purchased with a discount, are final
sale and cannot be returned. Please note:
Shipping cost are non-refundable.
How will I get store credit back?
Store credit will be issued as an E-gift card and will not include original shipping fees or return
shipping cost. The E-gift card will expire 1 year from the date issued.
How long do I have to return an item for store credit?
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original shipping date.
What if I put in the wrong address?
We are not responsible for orders if an incorrect address is provided at checkout.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified after they have been placed.
